Methodology is a high-end, sustainable nutrition program for busy professionals and families who don't have time to cook on weekdays yet want the highest quality, nourishing meals and sustainable packaging. Because we focus on delivering a fully curated experience using only the finest ingredients, our experience is designed as comprehensive program bundles rather than individual items. Weekly program bundles typically range from $160 to $535, depending on your delivery location and the specific program you choose. To see the exact pricing and program options available for your specific area, simply enter your zip code during the sign-up process.
Our meals are portion-controlled and designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. We offer Standard (average 450 calories), Large (average 600 calories), and X-Large (average 700 calories) meal sizes to accommodate a wide range of individual caloric needs, health goals, and activity levels.
We deliver nationwide to the contiguous 48 states.
Our menu is completely free of gluten and refined sugar. To give you ultimate flexibility over your menu, we now feature unlimited meal swaps each delivery week. Please note that because our experience is highly curated, we cannot accommodate custom dietary restrictions or food allergies beyond those.
Note: many of our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. Though we take care to prevent cross-contamination, if you have an extreme allergy please note that cross-contamination is still a possibility with our food.

We currently accommodate vegetarian and pescatarian diets nationwide. We do not currently offer a keto or paleo program. Our nutrition program is most similar to a Mediterranean diet by default.
We operate on a subscription-only model to ensure members build consistent wellness habits and to eliminate food waste. While we no longer offer one-time purchases, our subscription is designed with complete flexibility in mind, allowing you to easily pause, skip, or cancel from directly within your account settings.
In California courier regions, meals are delivered overnight by 6AM every Monday in an insulated box at the location of your choice. Everywhere else, Fedex deliveries are made by 5PM every Monday except on holidays.
Packaging pickup is available in California courier regions. In these regions, we'll pick up rinsed glass jars, bentos/bento bowls, ice packs, and insulated liners in the cooler box we originally delivered to you (please don't re-seal the box). We'll pick up one box per house per delivery.
Otherwise, glass jars and bentos can be reused and recycled. Check with your local recycling center to see if the liners are recyclable in your area. Ice packs can be reused or thrown in the trash.
Yes, all our meals are ready to eat and can be reheated in a microwave or on a stove top in less than 5 minutes. For most meals (salads are the exception), we recommend reheating your meal on the stove top for best results, ideally with a cast iron pan and avocado oil spray to keep food from sticking to the pan.
Our meals are packaged in glass jars and reusable bentos.
We've got you covered. You can pause your subscription by logging into your account or emailing us at [email protected]; we just ask that you give us by Sunday at 11pm the week before the start of the delivery week.
You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription anytime before your weekly cutoff deadline. Because different plan types have unique dashboard setups, please follow the steps for your specific account style:
For BYOB (Build Your Own Box) Users:
Log into your account dashboard and head to Settings > Subscription (please note this is updated from Settings > Billing).
For Program Users:
Log into your account dashboard and navigate directly to your My Account > My Setting > Subscription.
Cancellations must be made by Sunday at 11:00 PM PT and will take effect for the next unlocked delivery week, 8 days later. Your upcoming delivery for the current week has already been finalized and cannot be cancelled. For BYOB Cancelling your meal subscription does not unsubscribe you from marketing emails or SMS. You can manage your notification preferences separately in Account Info > Notifications.

Our food is cooked using mostly avocado oil and occasionally olive oil.
