This summer, we invite you on a culinary journey through Vietnam—one nourishing dish at a time.

Our newest limited-edition menu, Traveling Vietnam, is the most personal we’ve ever created. Co-developed by Methodology Co-founder Julie Nguyen and Head Chef Michael Phan, this drop is a heartfelt tribute to memory, heritage, and healing.

Rooted in Chef Michael Phan’s childhood in Da Lat, Vietnam—where the scent of simmering broth and the rhythm of street kitchens shaped his earliest food memories—and Julie’s adult journey rediscovering Vietnamese flavors while cooking with her dad, this menu celebrates Vietnamese food as one of the most thoughtful, balanced, and nourishing cuisines.

Each meal is carefully designed to support high performance with 30-50g of protein, zero refined sugar, and meals that are flavorful and energizing as they are comforting and restorative.
